Deposits and Cancellation Policy

Deposit Policy:

All-New or Returning Patients that book a Thermogram or Heavy Metal Test will put down a $200 deposit.

Any patient that only books a Full Work Up with no Thermogram will put down a $200 deposit.

For any appointment booked that does NOT require a deposit, we will ask to put a credit card on file to hold the appointment regardless of being a new or returning patient.  If the patient chooses to not put a card on file, then they will be asked to pre-pay for the appointment.

Additionally, if you plan to pay with Care Credit, you will still be asked for a deposit if booking a Thermogram or Full Work Up.

We reserve the right to not book or confirm your appointment until the deposit requirements are met.

SPECIAL NOTE: If you want to take advantage of any bundles we currently have, then you must PRE-PAY for the entire amount before we book any appointment in the bundle. 

Cancellation Policy:

If you do not show up for your appointment, then you will be debited using the credit card on file for the appointment or the deposit will be forfeit that was required to hold the appointment. If you pre-paid for a bundle, then you will loose one of those appointments in the bundle. 

If you cancel the day of your appointment OR the day before your appointment, then you will be debited using the credit card on file for the appointment or the deposit will be forfeit that was required to hold the appointment. If you pre-paid for a bundle, then you will lose one of those appointments in the bundle. 

If you RESCHEDULE your appointment the day of or the day before, we will treat it as a cancellation under the cancellation policy.
